An independent Home Phone Customer Satisfaction report reveals Tiscali is voted number one for home phone customer satisfaction.
uSwitch.com has just released their latest Customer Satisfaction Report which has taken the views of over 50,000 customers over the course of the last 12 months to evaluate the quality of service provided by their home phone and broadband providers.
The report reveals that in the home telephone market Tiscali took first position with 81% overall customer satisfaction.
For the third consecutive time, NTL came bottom overall, closely followed by BT. With a loss of 380,000 customers reported by BT in the last quarter alone, it is evident that customers are voting with their feet.
Some of the key results showed:
81% of Tiscali customers said they thought they were getting value for money compared to only 58% of BT customers.
